Faldaree Deirdery

Oh, I love to go a-wandering

Along the mountain track

And as I go I love to sing

With a knapsack on my back

Faldaree, faldarah, faldaree, faldarah-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha

Falderee, faldarah a knapsack on my back.

Faldaree Deirdery is setting off for a trek up a mountain, something she likes to do at the weekend, personally I am more into lies in, copious quantities of tea and a takeaway at the weekend! You can find Faldaree Deirdery HERE. Hope you have a good weekend, whatever you choose to do!

On Your Retirement - Part 1

As I mentioned last week, I've been busy making cards for work colleagues who are leaving. This particular card is one of a kind and is for someone I've worked with for quite a number of years and there is nothing that she doesn't know - she's the typical go-to person in Finance!

So it can only be fitting that her retirement card is something to remember (and its already giving the office giggles when they are signing it!)

So I proudly present, What To Do On Your Retirement, Part 1 - Go For Long Rambling Walks....

Faldaree Deirdery from Dr Digi sets the tone perfectly! Come back next week, same time, same place for the second installment!

Faldaree Deirdery

Believe you can and you're halfway there, Theodore Roosevelt.  Having the perfect wardrobe, also helps, Tammy Hair! When I finally completed my card today featuring Faldaree Deirdery, one of Doctor Digi's House of Stamps newest images, I could not resist the urge to run outside, twirl around with my arms wide open and sing, the hills are alive with the sound of music and then my neighbors asked me to stop!
