Middle Age Stud

Hello Dr Digi friends!! I'm here today with a Roman "Stud" called Gluteus Maximus from Dr Digi.  Such a strong, handsome dude. I decided to draw a suitable background for the image.  Many hours of coloring the image and background, and I do mean many, I had a hard time deciding what to create.  I'm sure you have all been there a few times.  So he sat there, all handsome for awhile guarding my folder of images to color.   After finding the perfect paper, this image could finally stand alone in his glory.  Gluteus seems like the guy who prefers to work alone ;o)

Here's the inside of the card where I used Dr Digi's Funny Sentiment Sheet 2.   I thought the sentiment was perfect with the image and as a birthday card.  As the years go by, we know this sentiment is very true.

Hope you have a wonderful week! Big hugs

Details will be posted on my blog :o)

Nightcap Derek

I have to say that Nightcap Derek is one of my favourite images, not least because this is the third time I've used him this year. However it was my Dad's 76th birthday yesterday and I thought this was perfect, he's fond of a nap or several and his present was the very exciting pair of slippers!

You can find Nightcap Derek HERE and the sentiment comes from Funny Sentiments Sheet 2 which can be found HERE. If you could send get well wishes to Dr Digi this week, we'd be grateful, he had a frontal lobotomy procedure this week and I think Mrs Digi is seriously regretting leaving him with a bell in the bedroom whilst he undertakes a couple of days bed rest.

Hope you all have a good weekend

Ruth x

Happy Hour

Prezzie

Good morning   I wonder what’s inside the beautifully wrapped

Prezzie ??

I had fun paper piecing this Prezzie with it gorgeous bow. The sentiment is from Funny sentiment sheet 02

You will find them along with lots of other fabulous image HERE more details on this card can be found over on myblog.

Wash Day Blues

Wash Day blues, or oranges, or pinks or yellows. Whatever the colour there's nothing better than line dried washing! Well apart from someone else doing the washing for you! There's some very sexy undies on that line although the lady they usually adorn is clearly feeling rather shy in this image!

You can find Wash Day HERE, looks like we are in for a lovely late summer weekend here, can only hope Dr Digi is having similar weather further afield where he is holidaying with Mrs Digi. You can find the sentiment on Funny Sentiment Sheet 2 HERE

Middle Age

I've been having great fun using the Funny Sentiments 02 sheet, and this one in particular! I've printed the sentiment onto kraft card and then embellished with some stars and funky 'tashes!
