Mr. Speaker (Birthday)


Hear yeah! Hear yeah! If someone you know is having a birthday why not hire Dr. Digi's House of Stamps' town crier, Mr. Speaker (Birthday), to stand on the corner and shout the news for all to hear? He's willing to travel and he's definitely cheaper than a stripper!
