Snow Fun

Well it is Snow Fun for the poor old snowman but I think the dog is enjoying himself! Once again the newspapers are promising the UK an Arctic winter, so on that basis, and given they predicted the same the past few years, I think the chances of the country being awash with snowmen is quite small, and here, specifically, non existent. But you never know!

You can find Snow Fun HERE along with many other goodies.
Have a good weekend

Special Brew

There are lots of spooky goings on over at Dr Digi - and here is one that I left brewing earlier! Special Brew and for good measure Crossbones. I don't think these need to carry a health warning as they look pretty grim to begin with!

Hope you are ready for things that go BUMP in the night!

Hole in One Hal

Today's card is using the fabulous Hole in One Hal image from Dr Digis House of Stamps.  Like most golfers I know, he's still dreaming of achieving a hole in one!   Now, I'm not a golfer myself,....can't hit the ball and with my eyesight....couldn't find it anyway.

It won't be long now, until our Canadian snowbirds (retirees) are heading south.  One might think it is for the sun and sand, but no.....I'm betting it's for the game of golf.  Chasing that little white ball around and enjoying a few beers, sure beats shoveling snow and freezing your buns off!

Witchy Wilma

Say hello to Witchy Wilma, it's that time of year where she dusts off her broomstick and goes for a nightly fly around, she did bob into the supermarket one night but the shopping bags slightly unbalanced her broomstick leading to a rather unfortunate incident with a policeman and half a dozen eggs!

You can find Witchy Wilma HERE and the spooky sentiment HERE, please check my blog for details about papers used.

Have a good weekend

Monster Fun

Halloween is approaching and what better way to celebrate than with the good Dr's Halloween Sentiments which have eerily turned into cupcake toppers! Now I would show you how they are supposed to look however this house has no cupcakes and I didn't think they would look right stabbed through some Jaffa Cakes.......

Buy the Sentiment Sheet along with Special Brew and Witchy Wilma and save a £1 - enough to buy some treats!

Flossie Bumblethorpe

If you see dear old Flossie Bumblethorpe, aimlessly wondering the halls at Dr. Digi's House of Stamps, don't mind her, she's trying to find where she left her dentures! She claims to have lost them in a poker game! Yesterday she was looking for her undies and tomorrow, who knows what she'll be looking for!

Late summer

Derek thought now the weather is not so nice anymore
I take my car and pack some clothes and drive away in the sun.
He hopes Deirdery is also coming with him.

I hope he will find a good place for his late summer holiday.
I used the image Summer Holiday.
Here can you read how I made this card.

Have a nice weekend, Michelle

Lonely This Christmas

Well apparently according to one of our national newspapers we are due an Arctic winter, given they said this last year and the year before forgive me if I am somewhat sceptical about such a promise. However, I am ever hopeful for a little bit of snow! This young man is Lonely This Christmas, not sure how good a companion a snowman or, possibly (I'm saying nothing about the spare snowballs), snowwoman will be but you never know, in true Raymond Brigg's style, what will happen in the night!

You can find Lonely This Christmas HERE and why not check out the site for more Christmas goodies both now and in the upcoming months (actually not many months now). Late summer has appeared here in the north west of England so shorts here I come, then again maybe not, hope you all have a good weekend

What Solves Everything?

A cuppa, that's what!

And even better when the cuppa digi is only 50p! You can't buy a real cuppa tea for that price! Scrumpled sentiment panel is from a bag of sugar. Recycling at it's sweetest.
