It's New Year's Eve and the entertainment is warming up at the Dr Digi party.  Metal Mick from 'The Dunderheads' is cranking it up to 11 and is hoping that the Wall of Sound and his Pretender Strat don't let him down in his finest hour.

Someone else who is hoping for their finest hour at the party is the original glamorous Martini Bianca who fondly remembers when she was Miss April in the Bunny Girl Calendar for 1972.

These days, however, she has a little difficulty in getting herself in and out of the comedy Martini glass, so she's decided to spend the whole of the evening pointing her platform lurid pink shoes at the ceiling and hoping that the turkey butties don't repeat.

Tin Man

Hope you are all enjoying the Christmas holidays, and that the turkey is all gone, so who had Turkey the last 3-4 days lol we just had it Christmas day and Boxing day, that was enough :)

Here is Walrus, he does lots of cool tricks, but he is sat waiting patiently for his fish, usually when you watch animals doing their displays you will see them do their trick and then they will be rewarded, well (Wally) couldn't think of a better name hehe Walrus has his head screwed on right and he gets his reward first and then does the tricks, clever huh hehe

In her house Hannah is the Queen of gaming, her brother Hugh doesn't stand a chance. Her letter to Santa is clear and to the point, she needs more games so she has more chances to prove she reigns supreme.

Pat has taken advantage of some of Dr. Digi's cracking coloured digis. She's used Anglin' Andy and used the time she'd spent colouring to create a stunning backing.

You can almost smell it. No, not the sprouts but the fantastic Christmas Pudding!! And unlike most Christmas Puds, this digi can be bought all year around and for the bargain price of 50p! Go on - you know you want to!

Pixiwitch has got her eye on Gnome Sweet Gnome and it's not surprising.  This fungal detached  des res has all the mod cons, not to mention it's own barrel.  Looks pretty damn good on a card too.

Look at the smile on Dr. Dig's House of Stamps humorous image, Lonely this Christmas! Even a snowman needs a friend! So the next time you build a snowman, don't just leave it standing alone, in the cold! Be a good sport and give it some quality time! A Christmas present would be good too!

Harley Claus Ho Ho Ho

Every now and than Santa feels like ringing the changes and giving the reindeer a rest. The sleigh will never be replaced but every now and then the elf mechanic get a little too tipsy on eggnog and work overruns in the sleigh maintenance department. Santa then needs a nippy alternative and this year he has decided that it is about time he road tested a Harley, it also means he will no look out of place during his summer holidays although at the moment Mrs Claus is somewhat ambivalent about riding on the back of it.

Man Flu

One of the few downsides with the run up to the festive season, is the weather.  While we're all waiting for a white Christmas, we have to endure wind, sleet and rain until it finally gets cold enough to have a proper snowfall.  So us guys have realised that the best thing to do during this dismal period, is to retreat to bed with a pile of magazines and some soup and feign illness.  Problem solved.

Craftevan might have just clicked on to our ploy and has made this fab card with Man Flu to shame us.

Dr Digi regular Woo has knocked up a fab card for her uncle who was a Sargeant (Warrent Officer 2) in the Coldstream Guards using Corporal Clegg.

Phyllis the Festive Fairy

When we think of fairies they are usually tiny and youthful thanks to what we see on television and the movies. But truthfully, fairies are just like humans, they grow and advance in age! Dr. Digi's House of Stamps' delightful Phyllis the Festive Fairy started her career when she was very young and lithe. With time and age she has moved up the ranks to that of Festive Fairy! In a recent interview following her promotion she explained that she still loves her work but her new position requires her only to make visits to sprinkle love, joy and birthday wishes on those over the age of fifty! Have you had a visit from Phyllis? If not, before you know it, you will!

Snow Fun

It's not always fun and games for Mr Frosty, the kids have built him but have now gone inside for a nice, warm cup of hot chocolate. Unfortunately Squiggle the dog didn't get hot chocolate, he just got sent outside for the last wee before bedtime and unfortunately Mr Frosty loomed large in the garden and provided the perfect target. Happy Thanksgiving to all Dr Digi's American crafters out there.  Mrs Digi, being american, has a whopping great turkey cooking as we speak. Being a veggie myself, I thought I'd show a little solidarity with our feathered friend.  Vicky's fab card using Howdy Pilgrim was the perfect choice.

Christmas Sparkle!

The reason why Phyllis the Festive Fairy is so late today in making her appearance is because she's not wearing a watch and the time just simply flies by when you're sprinkling fairy dust! And the reason why she's not wearing a watch? It clashes with her costume!

Shirley  has a friend called Douglas who bears an uncanny resemblance to Dr. Digi's Weekend Walter Either way he makes a cracking card.

Karaoke Claus

Did you hear the news?  It seems that there are so many requests for karaoke machines for Christmas, that Karaoke Claus from Dr. Digi's House of Stamps has had his elves working overtime to get all the machines made and Santa sings along to each and every machine to make sure they work perfectly. Santa has done so much singing that he can't talk and we all know how important it is that come Christmas Eve Santa can call out, "On Dasher, on Prancer . . . Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!" So if you know a sure cure for sore tired throats, call Santa's hotline immediately!

Green Fingers & Thumbs

This is Deirdery Dunderton aka Green Fingers and Thumbs she's the wife of Derek, As you can see she is fabulous in the garden. look at the size of that marrow. When the weather is much nicer and she is able to get into the garden to do what she loves best, Gardening, she produces some of the best and biggest veggies, she has won lots of awards at some of the best shows in the country.

Phyllis Your Festive Fairy

Many homes will have a fairy that has been used for years and years atop their Christmas Tree, unfortunately fairies can suffer the same fate as many of their human counterparts, a little bit of extra padding here and there. Phyllis has been in the fairy game for a while now! Like Phyllis I am carrying some extra cuddly bits however the difference is that I will cause serious damage to our Christmas Tree whereas the delightful Phyllis will not. Now that's magic!

Psychedelic Syd

This is Psychedelic Syd, I couldn't think of anything to write so I googled Psychedelic Syd and found that there was a man called Syd Barrett who was a singer in Pink Floyd, I have heard of them but not of the man Syd, so I jumped on you-tube to find a video, I have never heard of any of the songs associated with Syd, I went through a few and found this one that happens to be about Syd's friend Corporal Clegg hehehe if you like Pink Floyd and know Syd you may appreciate this... Mr Speaker says Happy Birthday

Every now and then Mr Speaker gets tired of prophesizing the end of the world, he likes to mix it up a bit by wishing people Happy Birthday from Speakers' Corner. It might not be their birthday that day but it seems to make an awful lot of people smile anyway. Weekend Walter

Shannon has used Dr. Digi's favourite Tea-a-holic Weekend Walter to create a terrific card with an extra surprise inside, it's got little holders with tea bags in.  Why didn't someone tell me you could get tea cards??  If you can get chocolate hob nob cards too, I can die a happy man.

Jacki has called in the Rescue Squad.  I'm not sure if she actually needed saving or just fancied a sly brandy.

There is a nasty lurgy going around and especially this time of the year it makes everyone feel even worse than they actually are. So here is The Goon From The Lagoon wishing you make a speedy recovery!

Cuddly Critters Walrus

Walruses are very social animals and they congregate by the hundreds! When springtime turns to fancy, the males will use his vocal cords to attract and lure females into their lairds but if another male tries to intrude, he gets smacked upside his head with a set of very big ivory tucks!  Since the walrus is both vocal and social, Dr. Digi's House of Stamps', sir cuteness,  Cuddly Critters Walrus, is a perfect image to use on notecards to keep in touch with friends and family! If by chance you are swimming in the Arctic Ocean and you hear a walrus couple snorting, coughing or bellowing a full blown roar, just keep on swimming, they are engaged in a domestic dispute, probably about who's taking out the trash!

Biffo

This is Biffo, doesn't he look sad :( The reason he looks so down is, today he has to do a little girls party and her favourite colours are pink an purple, and part of the brief Biffo received was he had to wear some thing pink an purple, well as you can imagine he doesn't own anything pink or purple so he ha had to borrow Mrs Biffo's wig and trousers, luckily she is a larger lady so he can squeeze into them, but he's feeling a little humiliated. Everyone at the party thought he looked great, and they had a wonderful time and enjoyed his tricks and the fun games they played, but he is looking forward to doing a little boys party asap.
