Rememberance Day with Corporal Clegg.

Good Morning - Today is Remembrance Sunday so I have made today's card using Corporal Clegg.

I really wanted to use the poppy paper but mixed it with the wood effect to create some harsh contrast to the pretty flowers - I guess that's part of the symbolism of the Poppy in War.

I am really interested in my family history and have done a huge family tree. I found one relative who was in a prisoner of war camp and died two days before liberation - So sad! I managed to find where his war grave is in Belgium and was able to have his story remembered by the Royal British legion campaign to commemorate every fallen solider. It really is an amazing and interesting site and really quite easy to find any relatives they may have been involved in the Wars.

Hope you all have a great week - see you next Sunday

Attention! Its Corporal Clegg!

Morning - again I'm running a little late... I've worked it out though - it's when I work late shifts as I really don't like getting up out of my bed!! I certainly would not appreciate Corporal Clegg yelling at me to do my PTI!

Well as its Father's Day - I had to post a card for the Dads. And don't they all love planes and military shows! It was also the perfect excuse to colour Corporal Clegg in with a red and blue theme. I like him in these colours but I'm not sure which Country he serves...
I can't express strongly enough how glad I am that I found Dr Digi images. They are perfect for all the Dads and Lads cards!

If you would like to see the full card recipe pop over to my Blog and say "Hello"

Right now I have to go and see my Dad and if I'm lucky the parents might make me brunch!!
See you next week

Right Troops! Now I have your attention - Here is Corporal Clegg. Isn't he Ace!
I pondered for ages as to what colours to go with and got loads of inspiration from the Dr Digi Pinterest boards. Now here is a direct order - "GO TAKE A LOOK AT THE BOARDS." There are some fabulous creations and you can all add your amazing cards with us. Don't be shy - I love seeing what you make with Dr Digi's and is great when my Mojo goes Missing in Action.

If you want the card recipe - your can find it over on my blog. Leave me a comment to say "HI" is you do call by.

All for now from me - Got to go and earn some crust.
Take care,

Birthday Orders

Corporal Clegg has a special message to give.  Actually, its more of an order than a message and he is rather insistent that you have the best of the best of the best Birthday, SIR!

And you're not going to argue with him, are you?!

Give Corporal Clegg a home - he can be yours for only £1!

Corporal Clegg

The formidable Corporal Clegg of Dr. Digi's House of Stamps, stands ready to be of service. Since his retirement, he spends most of his time girl watching and helping others. His speciality is opening those pesky medicine bottles with childproof caps that only kids can open, he simply uses a hammer!
