Ambrose King of The Waves

Well today here in Manchester you need your wellies and your waterwings, just to go outside and only the bravest of souls would get in their cars and drive to our nearest beach! Ambrose has taken a break from his search of the deep seas to  build a sandcastle and have a 99. Fridays on our road are known as Kenny days as that's the day most of the kids get their ice cream fix from Kenny the ice cream man, there are those who make the claim that every day should be a Kenny day but the parents are winning the war- so far!

Today's card is for Dr Digi House of Stamps is Ambrose King of The Waves.. 

Well as you can see Ambrose is ready for Sun-Sea-Sangria! Hope he has remembered his factor 15 sun tan lotion. I have coloured him with Promarkers and Fleximarkers, I have torn the edges of the paper.  The sentiment is from Birthdays sentiment sheet 01

Ambrose King of the Waves

The hints of a summer yet to come are out there, the warmth of the sun on your back, trying to ignore the still chilly wind. I don't say I'm quite as ready as this for summer but Ambrose is practising for those well earned days on the beach. Here's hoping the summer will not be a washout.

I choose Ambrose King of The Waves.

I look forward to the summer and warmer temperatures.

He also like the summer and already put on his swim ring and his flipper.

So summer can come.

Dr Digi is counting down the hours till his holidays. It looks like Donna has

beat him to the sun. She chose Ambrose King of the Waves for her smashing

card over at Here Come the Boys challenge. Any one for an ice cream?

Ambrose King of the Waves

Ambrose had his first swimming lesson in 1953 and he decided there and then 

that water was not for him. Ice cream on the other hand was. So he's happy to stay at a 

safe distance with a 99, and the correct safety equipment of course. I think Renata might 

be on the same wavelength ( no pun intended ) as this great card has got me hankering 

for an ice cream...

Ambrose king of the waves on the way there. Ambrose  is cutting a fine figure

in this cracking card.
